A friendlier design process starts with clear milestones, shorter feedback loops and one team guiding the project from first ideas through the build-ready handoff.

  1. Phase 1: Intake & Initial Consultation - Share your ideas, inspiration and goals. We schedule an on-site visit to listen, assess the space and offer early insights on possibilities and budgeting.
  2. Phase 2: Conceptual Development - We translate your vision into initial 2D layouts, basic renders and thoughtful recommendations for materials and plants. Early builder collaboration keeps concepts realistic and cost-effective.
  3. Phase 3: Presentation & Refinement - We review concepts collaboratively, adjust based on your input and provide a refined preliminary budget. This phase strengthens direction through open dialogue.
  4. Phase 4: Full Design & Construction-Ready Plans - We finalize detailed 3D models, precise specifications, lighting and irrigation plans and permitting support - all vetted by our construction team for seamless execution.
  5. Phase 5: Build Handoff & Support - Plans are delivered to our construction division (or your chosen builder). We remain available for questions, substitutions and on-site guidance throughout the build.
