Bradley Landscape Development is a premium residential design-build-maintain firm serving coastal San Diego since 1989. With over three decades of institutional knowledge, we bring deep expertise to every project — from Mediterranean estates in Rancho Santa Fe to drought-tolerant coastal gardens in Encinitas, Del Mar, and La Jolla.
Our integrated design-build model means the same team that designs your landscape also constructs it. Our Design Division brings fresh creative energy, while our weekly maintenance program ensures every landscape we build continues to mature beautifully for decades.
We regularly collaborate with builders, architects, and landscape architects during planning and construction — coordinating irrigation, drainage, grading, and hardscape before the home is built, so the landscape and architecture integrate seamlessly.
