Who We Are

Bradley Landscape Development Inc. is a residential landscape design-build-maintain firm located at 1231 Orpheus Ave, Encinitas, CA 92024, operating under California contractor license CSLB #1058758 (C-27). These terms apply to this website and to the design consultations, proposals, and communications that begin here. Signed project agreements govern the actual design and construction work; if a signed agreement and these website terms conflict, the signed agreement controls.

Services & Estimates

Design packages, budget ranges, and project figures shown on this site are informational starting points, not binding offers. Landscape work depends on site conditions — soils, slopes, drainage, access, utilities, plant availability, and municipal requirements — that can only be confirmed on site. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change once work begins and conditions are fully assessed. We will communicate any material changes before proceeding.

Consultations, Scheduling & Cancellations

Submitting the contact form or requesting a consultation does not by itself create a contract or reserve a construction slot. We make every effort to keep scheduled consultation and site-visit appointments. If you need to reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible by calling (760) 436-0554.

Workmanship & Plant Material

Our workmanship is backed per the terms provided in your signed project agreement. Living plant material establishes differently on every site and depends on irrigation, weather, and ongoing care; any plant guarantee, replacement policy, or maintenance requirement is defined in your project agreement rather than on this website. Hardscape materials such as stone, pavers, and wood are natural products and may vary in color and texture from photographs shown here.

Website Use & Acceptable Use

Content on this site is provided for general information and may be updated at any time. The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping at disruptive volume, no attempts to breach security or probe forms, no submitting false or misleading information through our lead forms, and no use of the site for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

The text, photography, project imagery, drawings, plans, and design concepts on this site are the property of Bradley Landscape Development or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. Design documents and plans we prepare remain our intellectual property until the terms of a signed project agreement provide otherwise. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use our project photography or design work for commercial purposes without written permission.

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

If you opt in to text messages on one of our forms, you consent to receive customer-care messages (and, only if separately selected, marketing messages) from Bradley Landscape Development. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency will vary. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Bradley Landscape Development is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its informational content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here alters the warranty and remedy terms of a signed project agreement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Bradley Landscape Development harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of this website or your violation of these terms.

Governing Law & Venue

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from use of this website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California. Disputes under a signed project agreement follow that agreement's dispute-resolution terms.

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always posted on this page. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
