The project
Full design-build: a Spanish Colonial landscape with drought-tolerant Mediterranean plantings, masonry planter walls, tropical porphyry cobblestone flatwork, a courtyard fountain with decorative tile, complete drip irrigation, and low-voltage pathway lighting. Bradley provides ongoing weekly maintenance.
Still under Bradley care. This landscape is maintained weekly by the same company that designed and built it — the design-build-maintain model at full length.
