The project
A mature residential landscape organized around a Spanish-style home, combining lush flowering vines and bougainvillea with palms, agaves, yuccas, bird-of-paradise-like foliage, ornamental grasses, low groundcovers, and clipped shrubs. The photographs show a layered front garden, side garden, and private courtyard linked by stone-paved walks and a patterned brick driveway. White stucco walls, decorative masonry, trellises, arched openings, and dark metalwork frame the planting, while built-in raised beds and gravel-mulched areas give the garden a structured, resort-like coastal character.
Still under Bradley care. This landscape is maintained weekly by the same company that designed and built it — the design-build-maintain model at full length.
