The project
A contemporary residential courtyard landscape organized around a swimming pool and raised circular spa, with layered tropical and succulent planting, pale stone paving, integrated outdoor seating, and a compact outdoor kitchen. The photographs also show sculptural patterned wall panels, glazed architectural edges, and a sequence of planted side courtyards that connect the home to the pool terrace. The project was designed by Theresa Clark Landscape Architect. Bradley Landscape Development completed the landscape installation, including planting, irrigation, drainage, lighting, and mulching, and continues to maintain the property.
Still under Bradley care. This landscape is maintained weekly by the same company that designed and built it — the design-build-maintain model at full length.
